I was convinced by the salesman that the Frog Toggs were the most popular item and WOULD NOT MELT IFFTHEY CAME IN CONTACT WITH MY HEAT SHIELD ON MY HARLEY LIKE I HAD BEEN TOLD BY A FRIEND. They did infact melt the first time I used them and I will be trying to return them for something else."

"Went to Cycle gear looking to buy new helmet, jersey, and pants for MX. The person "helping" me was not interested in actually helping me. He had an attitude like I was bothering him the whole time. No way he was going to get to the helmets they keep so high even Michel Jordan couldn't reach them. It was disappointing because there were some nice ones up there. The selection of other gear was a disorganized mess and very limited...unless you wanted the store brand jersey. There was only two different MX pants and one was only in kids size. NO I was not going to ask Mr. walk away and make a rude comment guy. I will stick with online from other places from now on. This (he) is the reason brick and mortar stores are fading away. Too bad because I had an unlimited budget too. 2.5 stars if I could give a half star."
"This is a terrible store and the employees besides the manager Tyler are very rude. I lost my key of my gsxr 600 that I rode up the store and they acted like they didn't know where it was. I rode it up there and knew it had to be lost in the store and searched everywhere. The employees were very rude to me and my brother who rode his bike up. Some very sketchy guys were changing in the back room and then just happen to get off as soon as I'm freaking out for my key. Ended up staying there for 3hrs going back and forth and employees trying to defend there other employee who wouldn't come back to the store; because he said he was at the gym for 10 mins and then was going to head to the beach. But he made a comment to me saying " haha I found your key, jk no I didn't". Not sure why he said that and my brother wAtched Cody act very suspicious the entire time I was there. But anyways if it wasn't for the store manager Tyler in Raleigh; I would of called me police. But he kept us calm and was very friendly in trying to do everything he could to help. The rest were a bunch of clowns who were rude to us and other customers who had came into the store. "

"Purchased a Bilt (Store Brand) Deluxe Motorcycle Cover XL in 2015. Noticed last week that the cover was dry rotted and started to tear. Brought it back to the store in the original box (not necessary) as they looked it up on the computer and confirmed the purchase. The clerk just went to the shelf and pulled a replacement box and gave it to me for no charge. How many dealers would do that? Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy!"

"I went in for a helmet, the displays were numerous. Staff was knowledgeable in assisting with my decision. I returned the next day and wanted a refund due to size not comfortable after 10 minutes at home.
I am waiting for another size from same manufacturer, it has been almost a week and no replacement helmet."
